Volunteer Application Form

There are often numerous volunteer positions looking to be filled. A volunteer may assist us from researching to planning as well as organizing our events. Volunteers do not replace paid staff.

We are seeking volunteers with expertise in the following areas:

    * Researchers.
    * Fundraisers with proposal writing experience.
    * Volunteers to assist in forming support groups locally, nationally and 
       internationally.
    * Volunteers with legal experience or lawyers willing to offer some pro-bono charity
       work.
    * Accountant who possesses familiarity with non-profits, grants and donations.
    * Assistant Web Master.
    * Forum Moderator.
    * Volunteers to form medical advisory board.
